Program Fees and Payment Terms

The program spans three months, with a cost of £100 per month. This fee covers comprehensive mentorship, access to essential tools, project infrastructure, and administrative support.

Payment Options:

• Monthly Payment Plan: £100 paid before onboarding and mentorship start date.

• Upfront Payment: Pay £250 in advance for the full three months and receive a £50 discount.

Payment Deadlines:

• Subsequent monthly payments are due by the 1st of each month.

• Upfront payments must be made before the program start date to qualify for the discount.

Refunds are not offered once a cohort begins. However, if you withdraw before the start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund or transfer to a future cohort. 

You should have basic knowledge of tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Python. We don’t teach as this is designed for you to build work experience, so it’s important that you’ve already completed a course, bootcamp, or done self-study in data analytics. 

Yes. Applicants are required to: 

• Submit a CV 

• Attend a brief online interview 

• Only those who meet the basic skill level are accepted. 

You should expect to spend around 20 hours per week, ideally 3–4 hours per day, working on projects, attending mentorship calls, and completing tasks.

Yes. Upon successful completion, participants will receive: 

• A Certificate of Completion 

• A Professional Reference Letter from RCTM 

The program is flexible, and materials remain accessible throughout. However, active participation is required to be eligible for a certificate and reference. If you are unable to meet a deadline, expect to miss a week, or anticipate falling behind, prior and proper notification must be given. This allows mentors to provide the necessary support and help you stay on track.

Yes. The entire program is 100% online, designed to be flexible and accessible to people only within the UK. Most sessions are scheduled around UK time zones. 

Absolutely. We encourage you to list your role as a “Data Analyst Trainee at Realcare Tech Mark” and include project links in your portfolio.
